Our Service
Henry Wiltshire will promote your property using platforms like Booking.com, Airbnb, holiday lettings and TripAdvisor. We will manage guest bookings and take care of checking in and checking out.
We will use a professional cleaning company to prepare the accommodation for each new holiday maker.
Management Fees
This full management fee is 20% of the total income, plus a cleaning fee for each service. This is between €25 and €100 depending on the apartment condition. An extra €15 may also be charged for laundry services.
